Students who identify as female who are entering 7th-10th grade in Fall of 2023.
SPARK has three separate week-long sessions. The dates are:
- Week 1: July 7th - July 12th, 2024
- Week 2: July 14th - July 19th, 2024
- Week 3: July 21st - July 26th, 2024
Applications will open January 30th, 2024.
You will receive a response about the status of your application by the middle of June, 2023.
Yes, we offer partial and full scholarships based on need and on a first come first serve basis.
On our application, there is a question where you can request the level of assistance your family would need in order to attend the program.
Yes, SPARK is an overnight residential program located at the UCONN Storrs campus.
Other than designated pick-up and drop-off times, parents can not visit in-person during the program except in cases of emergency.
Busby Suites. There will only be two students per bedroom during camp. NOT the triple arrangement that is listed on the ResLife website.
Yes! The housing accommodations for SPARK 2023 will have air conditioning.
Students move-in on Sunday afternoons and are picked up from SPARK on Friday evenings. For a more detailed look at our weekly schedule, visit our about page.
